My father-in-law passed away a month ago and the pastor spoke on 2 Corinthians 5 which speaks about our body being like a temporary tent that gets tattered
and broken down as time goes on. The Lord has a house ready for us in heaven and we long to be in that house. I hadn't really thought about that too much
before but now I'll never forget it.
The girl that brought me to the Lord in college passed away a year ago in November from cancer. Both she and my father-in-law have given up this earthly tent and now have bodies that are permanent and perfect. We're still dealing with the loss of my father-in-law because he was such a Godly man but he's with the Lord now.
